Miami Beach city manager steps down

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- An embattled city manager has stepped down.

Jorge Gonzalez has officially left his position as city manager of Miami Beach. Gonzalez resigned in May.

He was plagued by a string of controversies, including allegations that seven of his city employees took payouts from South Beach nightclubs.
