Police search for teen thieves

WILTON MANORS, Fla. (WSVN) -- Teen thieves who targeted a South Florida car dealership may be connected to other crimes.

Police believe the teens who stole a cell phone at the Maroone Ford in Fort Lauderdale last month are the same boy and girl duo who were captured on camera snatching some electronics from a business in Wilton Manors last week.

Wilton Manors Police Sergeant Christopher Chadwick said, "They purport themselves to be selling candy when they go into businesses and subsequently victimize two of our businesses. One stealing a laptop and the other an iphone," said Chadwick.
