Tourist returns home after purse snatching

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- A tourist is heading home Friday after a brutal robbery.

The woman visiting from Brazil, suffered multiple cuts and scrapes to her face and legs after a crook snatched her purse outside of a Costco. She was dragged about 30 feet.

The violent robbery happened on Tuesday, along Northwest 145th Street and Biscayne Boulevard.
