Apartment catches fire, no injuries

MIAMI (WSVN) -- A South Florida apartment sustained smoke damage after it caught fire Wednesday.

The blaze occurred just before 3:30 p.m. in a single unit of a complex along Northwest 13th Avenue and Sixth Street.

Miami Fire Rescue arrived on scene to find heavy smoke billowing from the building.

Firefighters quickly extinguished the blaze.

No one was injured.
