Fix-A-Flat dr. charged with manslaughter

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) -- The Broward Sheriff's Office has announced, once again, the arrest of an infamous alleged phony plastic surgeon but this time she's facing more serious charges than ever.
According to BSO spokesperson Dani Moschella, Oneal Morris, 32, has been arrested for the death of 32-year-old Shatarka Nuby from Tamarac. She passed away in Tallahassee in March from "massive systemic silicone migration," according to an assistant medical examiner.
This death, police said, resulted from injections of silicone. Oneal, also known as the transvestite "Dutchess," has been arrested multiple times in the past. Moschella stated, "Morris injected substances such as bathroom caulk, cement, Super Glue, Fix-A-Flat and mineral oil into the bodies of his victims. He once told Nuby's aunt he was using silicone from Home Depot."
Morris has been charged with manslaughter.
