BSO: Man found dead in vehicle

OAKLAND PARK, Fla. (WSVN) -- Broward Sheriff's Office homicide and crime scene detectives are investigating the death of a man found in his vehicle.

Oakland Park Fire Rescue responded to a call just before 8:30 p.m., Thursday, after the man was found in his car in a Publix parking lot along East Commercial Boulevard. According to BSO, the deceased male was discovered by a family member who was looking for him, after learning he did not show up for work.

Police do not suspect foul play.

The cause of death will be determined by the Broward Medical Examiner's Office.
