Cafeteria worker shot with flare gun

SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) -- A man is in police custody after allegedly shooting a cafeteria worker with a flare gun.
According to Miami-Dade Police, this happened at a cafeteria off Southwest 190th Street, Friday morning.
Police said a customer shot the cafeteria worker with a flare gun after the cafeteria worker apparently refused to sell the customer beer. The man allegedly left the cafeteria and then returned with a flare gun, police said.
The worker was taken to the hospital.
The accused shooter surrendered at a store nearby, and police took him into custody.
