Car burglar caught on camera

CORAL GABLES, Fla. (WSVN) -- A car burglar was captured in action by a surveillance camera.

The thief reportedly stole a side-view mirror off a car at a home along Sorrolla Avenue and Madrid Street, Tuesday.

According to the victim, Carlos Gutierrez, Tuesday's burglary is the third time his vehicle has been burglarized, and he does not believe the crimes are a coincidence. "It's probably someone who lives in the area because it is a car that is at my house only once a week at the same time, and it has happened three times to that car," said Gutierrez.
