HIALEAH, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police have confirmed a burnt out car found in an Overtown neighborhood was the getaway car used in a Hialeah jewelry store robbery that left the shop's manager shot.

A 7News viewer captured a picture of a white Bentley on fire, Tuesday night. Miami Police and Fire Rescue were called to the scene at an apartment complex on Northwest 15th Street and Seventh Avenue. Police confirmed Wednesday that it was the getaway car involved in the jewelry store robbery in Hialeah. Though police are unsure what evidence may be left inside.

Hialeah Police continue to search for three men caught on surveillance video footage storming into the ABC Jewelry store and overtaking a security guard. The subjects wore hats and bandannas to cover their faces. "They started smashing up some show cases, stealing a bunch of jewelry," said Hialeah Police Detective Carl Zogby.

The manager of the store was shot in the stomach. He is at Jackson Memorial Hospital where he is expected to make a full recovery.

Police said the robbery lasted only a few minutes and witnesses said the three men fled out the same door they came in and hopped into a Bentley waiting outside. Now, police are investigating the Bentley found on fire just 24 hours after the robbery.

Police said they are following several leads as they continue to investigate.
