Man attacked at local gas station

SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police are searching for a man who punched another man in the face outside a local gas station.

On July 26, surveillance cameras captured Charles Briggs walking towards the front door of the BP gas station located at 26790 SW 137th Avenue, when, for unknown reasons, he was punched in the face.

Police want to speak to a man captured on camera inside the gas station convenience store just before the attack. Police believe he may be the man who punched Briggs, 51.

Officials said Briggs suffered severe injuries to his face.
