Bus passenger arrested after causing bomb scare

MIAMI (WSVN) -- A man accused of making a terrifying threat on board a transit bus is now in police custody.

Officials shut down the area of Southwest Eighth Street and 19th Avenue Tuesday morning, after the man said he had a bomb.

Police searched the Miami-Dade Transit bus for an explosive device but found nothing.

No one was injured in the incident.
