Man arrested for child porn and marijuana

SUNRISE, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police have arrested a man for allegedly possessing child pornography and marijuana.

Steven Marks, 50, had been under surveillance since last month by a task force that claims he was sharing pornographic images from his home computer.

Police executed a search warrant at his home and recovered 40 DVDs with movies featuring children in sexual situations. Police also said they found baggies of marijuana at Marks' home.

Marks is being held in jail on $100,000 bond.
