Lobster fisherman arrested

FLORIDA KEYS (WSVN) -- Police arrested a fisherman over the weekend after finding an illegal amount of lobsters on his boat.

More than 40 illegal lobsters were confiscated from the fisherman's vessel in Marathon. Authorities were doing a routine inspection when they found several speared and damaged lobsters hidden in an underneath compartment.

Also, officials said only one of the three people aboard had a permit to lobster.
