Police searching for armed bank robber

OAKLAND PARK, Fla. (WSVN) -- The FBI has released surveillance pictures from an armed bank robbery that took place Wednesday morning.

The still pictures show the man, whose face is partially covered, walk into the Chase Bank carrying a shotgun and then demand cash from the clerk.

The robbery happened around 7:45 a.m. on East Commercial Boulevard and North Dixie Highway.

Police said the robber made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
