Man arrested, charged with felony battery

SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) -- An anonymous tip has lead to the arrest of a man accused of punching another man at a South Florida gas station.

Police arrested and charged Jim Henry with felony battery after a tipster contacted Crime Stoppers.

Back in July, surveillance cameras captured 38-year-old Henry exiting the BP gas station near 268th Street and Southwest 137th Avenue. Cameras rolled as a man walking into the gas station gets punched and knocked out cold.

After the attack, police say Henry fled the scene.
