Police search for missing Georgia woman

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- Broward Sheriff's Office deputies are searching for a missing Georgia woman after they found her car.

Police said 24-year-old Ivy Dawn Merck was last seen on Aug. 23 in Kingsland, Georgia.

Her dark green 2008 Honda CRV was found Wednesday night in the parking lot of a Marshalls store along South Powerline Road and West Hillsboro Boulevard.

Merck stands 5-foot-1-inch tall and weighs 115 pounds. She has brown eyes and light brown hair.

If you have any information on Merck's whereabouts, call police.
