Teens injured in ATV accident

FLORIDA CITY, Fla. (WSVN) -- A girl ended up in the hospital after falling off an ATV Monday.

The accident occurred in the area of West Palm Drive and Fifth Avenue in Florida City.

According to a witness, the teen was a passenger on the ATV, and the driver had been performing stunts. "They were doing, they were saying they were popping wheelies on the street, and a car cut him off or something, then they went out of control," said Jesus Moreno who witnessed the accident.

The victim was airlifted to Kendall Regional Hospital. The driver of the ATV was also hospitalized.
