Boil-water order issued for Bal Harbour

BAL HARBOR, Fla. (WSVN) -- A precautionary boil-water order has been issued for a South Florida city due to a water main break.

The water main break happened Saturday in a gated residential area at Park Drive and Bal Cross Drive. The break caused some minor flooding and repairs are underway.

Residents living in the Bal Harbour area should boil all water used for drinking or cooking for at least one minute until further notice.
