Woman riding personal watercraft injures leg

MIAMI (WSVN) -- A South Florida woman is recovering after she injured her leg while riding a personal watercraft.

The accident happened just before 4 p.m. Tuesday in the waters along the Rickenbacker Causeway, behind the Rusty Pelican restaurant. Officials said four people were riding on their personal watercrafts when the woman possibly broke her leg.

Rescue crews transported the injured woman to Jackson Memorial Hospital.
