NORTHEAST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) -- Authorities are looking for a pair of crooks caught on surveillance video ransacking a South Florida home last month.

Miami-Dade Police released surveillance video of the two men, who are believed to be in their teens, smashing a bedroom window before leaving the home with stolen goods.

The robbery happened on Aug. 7 along Northeast 26th Avenue and 195th Street.

The homeowner said this is the third time she has been robbed. In this latest robbery, Deanne Leach described how they made entry. "They tried to get in through the sliding glass door, and they took a big coral rock, and they attempted to throw it several times to get the glass to break, and I guess they thought it was hurricane-proof. It didn't break," said Leach, "so they went around to the side of the house and they broke in through one of the windows. One of the guys climbed in and came in and opened up the sliding glass door for the other ones to come in."

Police said the men stole about $500 worth of items.

If you have any information on this robbery, call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS. Remember, you can always remain anonymous, and you may be eligible for a reward.
