Man charged with voyeurism

MIAMI (WSVN) -- A judge has placed a man accused of peeping into women's windows on house arrest.

Authorities charged Jorge Goody with voyeurism and stalking.

Investigators said, on at least three occasions last month, Goody was caught peeping into women's windows while they were undressing.
