2 arrested for illegal amount of lobster tails

FLORIDA KEYS (WSVN) -- Two men are behind bars after officials found hundreds of lobster tails on board their boat over the weekend.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office arrested 41-year-old Ernesto Rua Pinera of Homestead and 26-year-old Raudel Rubio of Marathon.

Deputies handed over the lobster tails to Florida Wildlife officials. About 304 of them were undersized.

Both men are charged with possessing the tails.
