2nd fire breaks out at apartment building

MIRAMAR, Fla. (WSVN) -- Crews at a South Florida apartment building are dealing with a second fire in less than a week.

The fire started at about 3 a.m. Tuesday at an apartment complex at 7606 Pembroke Road. Rescue crews arrived on scene to find smoke billowing from the roof.

Police evacuated residents in neighboring homes as a precaution.

Residents of the building were not there,because the building is undergoing repairs after a smaller fire Friday.
