Man hospitalized after shooting, gunman at large

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police have saturated a neighborhood after someone shot and an injured a man.

There is a heavy police presence in the area of 5350 North Dixie Highway after a man was shot in the area. The victim showed up covered in blood outside the Alley Market saying he was shot.

Witnesses reported seeing a car with the alleged suspects fleeing area.

Police have established a crime scene that goes all the way around a nearby neighborhood.

The man was transported to Broward Health North as a trauma alert.
