New bus drivers hired after transportation issue

BROWARD, Fla. (WSVN) -- Officials have hired more school bus drivers after the year kicked off with transportation troubles in Broward County.

The school board has added 54 new drivers and has worked on consolidating routes since the start of the school year.

The county was flooded with complaints from parents a few weeks ago when buses either picked up students late or did not show up at all.
