Several dogs up for adoption

BOCA RATON, Fla. (WSVN) -- More than a dozen dogs are hoping for homes this week.
Twenty of the 56 dogs rescued from a warehouse last week are now ready for adoption.
The Tri-County animal shelter took the dogs to their Boca Raton location, offering them a safe haven until they can find a permanent home. "We've been getting questions everyday about when they are going to be put up for adoption, and now we are getting a lot of people coming in and adopting these dogs," said one employee. "They're happy, they're well-fed, they're well-groomed and they're beautiful animals. We hope a lot of people come and adopt them."
Last week, a Hialeah-based rescue group called for help for those dogs, after their warehouse became overcrowded with animals.
