BOCA RATON, Fla. (WSVN) -- Authorities are looking for the crooks who robbed a high-end store.

The FBI has released surveillance video of the thieves entering a Saks Fifth Avenue store at the Boca Town Center Mall, along Glades Road and Saint Andrews Boulevard, last week, Thursday.

Boca Raton Police Officer Sandra Boonenberg described the scene as customers and employees went about their business. "Three to five males wearing masks came into the store," she said. "They were holding sledgehammers."

The robbers ordered employees and customers to the ground while they knocked over a jewelry case and took off with cash from a register and jewelry from a display case, police said. "They smashed out the jewelry cases and left with an undetermined amount of jewelry," Boonenberg said.

There were no injuries.

Police think the thieves took off in a black BMW sedan.

Investigators believe there are people out there who may have seen something that can help with this case. "People see things, and they are not always sure what they see," noted Boonenberg.

There is a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the those responsible for this robbery. You can either call the FBI at 305-944-9101 or Boca Raton Police at 561-338-1246.
