Advisory lifted for Hallandale Beach residents
HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- A boil water order has been lifted for Hallandale Beach residents.
The advisory was issued Wednesday for residents east of the Intracoastal after construction crews punctured a water main near Hallandale Beach Boulevard and South Ocean Drive. Officials said nearly 8,000 residents were left without water for hours.
Water samples on Thursday tested normal, allowing health officials to lift the advisory.
