2 daycare workers extradited, charged

TAMARAC, Fla. (WSVN) -- Two daycare workers are waking up behind bars in South Florida, Monday morning.

Cecily Roberts and Camille Gordon were extradited from New York over the weekend, charged in the death of a 4-year-old Jordan Coleman.

Investigators said Coleman suffocated inside the back seat of a 3Cs Day Academy van in Tamarac back in August. Police later found the pair running a daycare center in Brooklyn.

Officials have charged the women with aggravated manslaughter of a child.
