Police search for bank robber

HOMESTEAD, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police are searching for a South Florida bank robber.

Surveillance pictures captured a man as he approached the counter at a bank in Homestead.

Authorities said he demanded money from an employee and then took off with the cash.

The robbery happened at the Chase branch along Homestead Boulevard and Northeast 11th Street.
