Accused fatal shooter turns himself in
POMPANO BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- A man accused in a deadly shooting has surrendered to police.
Bernard Hamp, 36, turned himself in on Thursday.
Hamp is accused of gunning down his friend outside a Pompano Beach market on Monday.
Police said the 23-year-old victim threw a bottle at Hamp's head and verbally threatened him, causing Hamp to retaliate by grabbing a gun and shooting him in the head.
