Police release video of pot bust

MIAMI (WSVN) -- Police have released a video of a massive marijuana bust from inside a South Florida nursery.

Miami-Dade detectives said a narcotics investigation led them to a nursery on Southwest 204th Street, Wednesday night.

Detectives obtained a search warrant and entered the lab by cutting through with a saw.

The video showed pot plants growing from wall to wall. Officials said nearly 500 pounds of marijuana were found inside the room with a street value of $2.4 million.

Detectives searched the property for hours and arrested 43-year-old Arcenio Guerra, who was trying to hide from police.

Guerra appeared before a judge on Thursday. He has since posted bail and is scheduled back in court Friday.
