OPA-LOCKA, Fla. (WSVN) -- A former top cop charged with drug trafficking has pleaded guilty.
Arthur Balom, who was once a captain with the Opa-Locka Police Department, faces up to 40 years in prison.
Officials said he was part of a drug trafficking organization that operated out of an Opa-Locka apartment complex. The organization, called the Back Blues, was busted last November.
