Polo mogul back behind bars

WELLINGTON, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police had to place a Palm Beach polo mogul behind bars for tampering with his ankle monitor.

Authorities said John Goodman was on house arrest but was taken back into custody Thursday .

Deputies were alerted that his ankle monitoring device had been tampered with.

Goodman was convicted of DUI manslaughter. He was behind the wheel in 2010 when he rammed into Scott Wilson's car, sending it into a canal. Wilson drowned.
