Body of fallen soldier returns home

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- The body of a local soldier returned home to Palm Beach International Airport.

Warrant Officer Joseph l. Schiro died in Afghanistan on Oct. 6. The Coral Springs native was only 27 years old.

More than 100 soldiers honored the hero as he was taken off the plane. Six motorcycle officers then escorted the fallen soldier to the funeral home.
