Barricaded suspect in police custody

MIAMI (WSVN) -- A man is in police custody after he barricaded himself on a boat.

SWAT teams responded to the scene near Southeast Third Street and Biscayne Boulevard, Monday morning.

According to police, someone called in a burglary around 4 a.m. The man was taken into custody after police found him hiding inside the sleeping quarters.

There was no one else on the boat at the time.
