Man charged with murder, jailed without bond

WESTON, Fla. (WSVN) -- A man accused in a deadly robbery is behind bars.

Keny-Atta Grant was charged with murder and is being held without bond.

Investigators said Grant pepper sprayed several people gathered in the parking lot of a truck stop in Weston last month in an attempt to steal someone's gold chain.

A woman died after being overcome by the fumes. Investigators said she fell and hit her head on the bumper of a van.

Deputies are still looking for another man involved in the incident.
