Police search for lotto scam duo

SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE, Fla. (WSVN) -- A woman falls victim to a lottery scam.
Detectives said a man, along with an accomplice, tricked an elderly woman into giving them $10,000 in exchange for what they claimed was a winning lottery ticket.
When they got the money, they took off.
Through a translator, Caridad Martinez said, "They disappeared. Climbed in the car and disappeared with my money, with everything. They have no feelings, no conscience. They have no heart."
The duo met the woman last month near a bus stop along Kendall Drive and Southwest 147th Avenue.
