Last body recovered from garage collapse

DORAL, Fla. (WSVN) -- The final body is out from the ruin of the parking garage that collapsed at Miami-Dade College's West Campus.
The body of Robert Budhoo was finally pulled from the rubble of what once was a parking garage under construction on Thursday.
Budhoo had been missing since Oct. 10, when the five-story garage pancaked down to the ground, also killing three other men.
The 53-year-old electrician was part of a work crew helping build the garage. The recovery brings relief to Budhoo's family, who were vocal in the seeming slow work of rescue and recovery crews. Rescuers had deemed much of the structure unsafe to work in, however.
Crews focused on the vehicle where Budhoo's body was found . It is still unclear if that vehicle belongs to him.
Speaking through an attorney, the family expressed their gratitude for everyone's efforts. "Robert's body has been recovered by the fire rescue, and they want to thank the fire rescue and fire workers and police that put a tremendous effort," said Alan Goldfarb.
A family friend said everyone is still shocked by how Budhoo lost his life. "Everyone right now is in shock. To loose someone that is close to you is hard."
The Miami-Dade medical examiner carried the body off the site. "It's just a tragedy that no one should have to go through," said Goldfarb.
One of Budhoo's family members said they will be filling a lawsuit on Friday.
