Lawsuit filed in garage collapse death

DORAL, Fla. (WSVN) -- The family of a victim from a sudden collapse is heading to court.

A relative of Robert Budhoo filed a new lawsuit Tuesday. The 53-year-old electrician was the final body pulled from the debris of a construction site at Miami-Dade College's West Campus.

Budhoo was part of a crew helping build a garage on the Doral West Campus when it plummeted to the ground on Oct. 10.

Three other men were killed.
