Police: Postal worker attacked

NORTH MIAMI, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police said a South Florida postal worker was attacked by a group of men while delivering mail.

The attack happened Friday near Northeast 133rd Street and Sixth Avenue. Investigators said the group hit the mail carrier over the head but fortunately wasn't robbed of anything.

The man's condition is not known.
