Detectives searching for restaurant robber

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- Broward Sheriff's Office detectives need the public's help to identify a man who held up a Subway restaurant.

The robbery occurred at the Subway at Northeast Eighth Street and Federal Highway, on Oct. 3. Surveillance cameras captured the crook walking in, pointing his gun at an employee before he demanded cash.

The worker handed over an undisclosed amount of money, and the thief took off on foot.
