Turtle released after recovering from injuries

KEY WEST, Fla. (WSVN) -- Hundreds of people witnessed a turtle being released back into the sea after it was injured months ago.

More than a hundred people were on hand to help lower Fiesta, the sea turtle into the ocean off Key West on Tuesday.

Members of the Turtle Hospital, along with several politicians, participated in the memorable release.

Fiesta spent several months in recovery. She was saved after being struck and badly injured by a boat.
