Man charged in deadly crash
MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. (WSVN) -- The driver accused of crashing into a group of pedestrians waiting for a bus, killing one of them, has bonded out of jail.
Police charged Mark Derefaka, 29, with vehicular homicide, reckless driving and driving without a license.
Police said Derefaka crashed into a crowd of people waiting for a bus in Miami Gardens last week.
An elderly woman was killed and four others were severely hurt.
Surveillance video showed Derefaka did not attempt to slow down.
