Pedestrian fatally struck by driver

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) -- A pedestrian was struck and killed in Fort Lauderdale over the weekend.

Police said the driver was switching lanes when he struck the man, who was crossing the road on Northwest 14th Street and 31st Avenue.

The driver did remain on the scene and has not been charged.
