Police search for gunman who abducted woman

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- Police are searching for a woman who was allegedly abducted at gunpoint while she was at work at a walk-in clinic.

Officials are not sure what the relationship between the gunman and the woman is, but they do believe they knew each other, according to witnesses.

A co-worker of the victim told police she has seen the man before. Another employee arrived at work shaken by the news about her worker. She said she was very worried for her life.

The abduction occurred at the Amadeo Trinchitella Deerfield Beach High School Health Center, located at 910 SW 15th St., at around 1 p.m.

Police located the gunman's car a few miles away from the abduction scene, but they still have no leads on where the two can be.
