Local man dies of bacterial meningitis

MIAMI (WSVN) -- A deadly disease has taken the life of a South Florida man.

Miami-Dade Health Department officials said 25-year-old Bryant De La Cruz died of bacterial meningitis.

De La Cruz is the second person to die of the disease in the county.
