Driver injured after crash

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WSVN) -- A driver has been hospitalized after he lost control and slammed into a tree.

The crash happened along Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 151st Street Friday afternoon.

A van slammed into a tree and smashed the front of the vehicle.

No pedestrians were hit, but the driver was hurt in the crash. His injuries are unknown.
