BROWARD, Fla. (WSVN) -- A Broward Sheriff's Office deputy has been arrested for the second time.
Alfredo Mesa was taken into custody Friday morning.
Mesa is accused of falsifying a government document to avoid paying nearly $500 in Sunpass violations.
He is being charged with falsifying public records and petty theft.
This arrest comes just six years after Mesa was arrested for stomping on a man's face during a dispute in Deerfield Beach.
