Habitat Restore offers alternative Black Friday deals

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (WSVN) -- Forget those long lines and angry shoppers. If you like to build, there's a great place for do-it-your-selfers to find some Black Friday bargains.
If standing in line for hours after celebrating Thanksgiving with your family just isn't your thing, but you still want to get a deal, don't forget about the Habitat Restore in Broward County. "Friday is going to be a big day at the Restore," said Nancy Daly, Chairperson of Habitat for Humanity.
The Habitat Restore resells new and gently used everything: bunk-beds, tables, tools, sofas, lamps, you name it, and every penny they make goes to Habitat for Humanity. "Every purchase that is made," said Daly, "the money goes directly to the Habitat program, building homes for families in need right here in Broward County."
You already know you can't beat the prices at the Restore store, but Friday, if you're remodeling, some things won't cost you anything. They have headboards, sinks and toilets going for absolutely nothing.
Free stuff, great prices and no giant lines wrapping around buildings. What are you waiting for?
